It's called "The Suffering". I know it was on Xbox, but could have been on PS2 as well. It even has a video you can watch in the game where they talk about how it inspired the game. You start out as a death row inmate in a prison like ESP. It was actually a pretty good game, too. Definately worth a look. (I should check and see if mine is compatible with my 360)

Ahh thanks for the info .. i do remember that game (never picked it up) but i think im gona check and see if its maybe downloadable or compatible if i buy an old copy ..

Read up on the wiki about ESP bunch of stuff i wasnt aware of lol .. and really gota check out that game , sounds pretty BadAss
